| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 5/27/14 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know that the lab just notified him with a coliform positive for Kelso school. I let him know that they would need to take a triggered source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution of the school. I also reminded him the 5 temp routine sample will be needed for the month of June. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
