| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: I stopped by the park to let the operator know that they are currently a PNC. He indicated that he had done some repairs to well # 2 since I was out for the survey. He totally rebuilt the well house & installed a source sample tap on well #2. I took some photos of the new tap & well house. I will continue to work with operator to resolve the remaining paperwork violations.
