| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: I stopped by for a field visit of the facility to verify that the reservoir was being kept locked. The reservoir has have padlock on the shoe box reservoir hatch. I also spoke with the onsite maintenance staff. He indicated that Todd was out on medical leave. The facility has a written op & maintenance manual. This resolves all Deficiencies & violations from the 8-25-10 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time | ||
