| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: System lacked a CCR for the 2012 CCR. This was the final remaining violation from the previous survey. I stopped by for a field visit with a CCR certification form. The operator filled out the form while I waited. I will forward the completed for to DWS. This resolves all of the significant deficiencies from the survey. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time | ||
