| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: I performed a field visit to obtain copies of the years previous consumer confidence reports. I obtained copies of the 2012, 2013 & 2014 CCR. I will forward copy to DWS. The system also has an approved cross connection ordinance. This resolves all outstanding violations from the 12-30-11 survey. ACTION NEEDED: fax CCR copies to DWS | ||
