| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC investigation DETAILS: I stopped by the park to let the operator know that they are currently a PNC with a system score of 13. I let him know that they need to take a source sample at both wells & Rad sampling is still needed to be taken so a permanent schedule could be established. The operator indicated that he would take source coliform samples at both wells & Rads right away. I let him know that the samples would RTC the violations & get the system back into compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & Return To Compliance. | ||
