| Details: | SUMMARY: Onsite consultation DETAILS: This system serves a portion of a licensed organizational camp. They have a new operator & the facility director asked if we could provide an onsite consultation for health dept. requirements for the facility & water system. We discussed routine sampling & requirements of monitoring chlorine residual at least 2 X per week. We also discussed updating the emergency response manual with new staff. ACTION NEEDED: monitor & follow up during summer inspection of facility. | ||
