| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey follow up & Field visit DETAILS: Stopped in at the water system to see if they had installed a source water sample tap. The operator thought they had installed a tap before the pressure tank but we could not find one. He said that he would have one installed. I also let him know that they needed to take an arsenic sample. He thought he did back when the survey happened. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with lab & operator with install of source sample tap | ||
