| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert # Chem 6313 reports high sodium levels in a water sample collected on 5-13-14. Reported levels are 37.50 mg/l. Recommended maximum level in 20.00 mg/l. DETAILS: I spoke with Glen Keown of Columbia Plywood. Sodium levels in the water sample taken 5-13-14 exceeded the recommended secondary standard of 20.0 mg/l. He will review the information about the Health Effects of sodium and work with the Human resource department to provide this information to the employees. ACTION NEEDED: Continue planned actions.
