| Details: | SUMMARY: bridge waterline work - will disrupt homes in limited area DETAILS: The City is performing repairs on the water main line that crosses the bridge in town. They shut off the homes as they were having to increase the water pressure. They are putting the 7-8 affected homes on a boil water notice immediately and will take 1 special coliform sample as soon as the repairs are done. Spoke with Susan and the mayor, Vernita Jordan. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute public notice and email copy to DWS. Take a special coliform sample and make sure result is submitted to DWS. If absent for bacteria, system can lift the boil notice. | ||
