| Details: | I left another message for Mr. Yee this day and indicated that the recent repeats were positive and that a level 1 investigation was now required. I will issue this form. I also indicated that the repeats were done incorrectly as no triggered (source)sample was included with repeats. This system is seasonal with monthly sampling so no additional routines are required. | ||
