Details:	Background/Problem Identification: The water system needs to have a CT study done to determine contact time. Assistance Provided: The methodology has been created and approved by OHA. The operator (John) wants push back the tracer testing due to operational issues relating to the current duration of filter runs. The source water has increased in turbidity, and currently the duration of a filter run will not support running the water plant for the projected duration of the tracer test. John will reach back out to Civil West to finish the tracer test once turbidity drops, and the filter is able to support longer duration run times. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The tracer study will be performed once the turbidity drops, likely in the spring of 2021 for this system.
