| Details: | SUMMARY: May violation DETAILS: I contacted Andre and reminded him to take a source sample this month and 5 temporary routines from the distribution system. He said the lab may have taken the 5 routines but he will take a source sample soon and send it in. I also reminded him to send in a public notice for the May 2014 violation. I discussed the violations with him and a possible solution to resolve the violations. He shocked the well but will try another method to disinfect the casing. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
