| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Steve called to report the detection on the routine sample from 6/6. He mentioned they system had just been disinfected and flushed prior to the routine monitoring. He took 4 repeat samples and 3 of them had confirmed TC detections. He is going to disinfect and flush the system again and follow up with a special sample. He posted a public notice onsite and forwarded a copy to me. Steve is also aware he needs to take 5 temporary routine samples in July. Waiting for alert from OHA DWS. Alert received on 6/16. Steve called on 6/17 to report the special sample was good. He is going to keep the PN posted until he gets 4 more good repeats or 5 good routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and additional sample results. | ||
