| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up. DETAILS: The system had a total and e.coli detection on the routine sample. The operator placed a boil water notice on the system as a precaution. Repeat samples were taken and results were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice was lifted when the operator did not receive contact from the lab.The system did not have to post the system until repeats were taken, spoke to Doug regarding this issue. | ||
