| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring/Reporting violations DETAILS: I contacted the facility again because they still havent done their SOCs, VOCs, IOCs Arsenic, or Nitrate. She said they decided they would use Waterlab but just havent asked them to do so yet. I told her it needed to be done ASAP. I also asked who they decided to make the certified operator. She said they hadnt decided on anyone yet. She said they are such a small company this was hard to do. She said they have around or less than 30 people. I told her to verify the number and get back to me. The last survey indicated they have 60 employees. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
