| Details: | SUMMARY: The firms routine Total Coliform Positive-COLI12895. A boil water notice is still posted and no food is being made, all using bottled water. The firm adjusted the chlorine due to a old discolored tube, to a lower level. I stopped and we checked with clean tubes, it was at 1.6mg/L, so Derick will adjust up, recheck and take a source and distribution routine sample with a new DPD kit. DETAILS: The firm continues to not use the water, and not to cook any food. The system will have to have at least 2 quarters of clean water tests, be begin reducing the penalty points. The firm has been taking daily chlorine levels. ACTION NEEDED: Begin chlorination, and when furthest point tests at 2mg/L, then take a treatment sample. The next quarter also take a treatment sample, and continue every quarter. Test for chlorination level daily. | ||
