| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Postive in Distirubtion DETAILS: Results for the repeat samples were two positive samples in the distribution. The well was absent and the downstream samples was absent. E-mailed Karl and Lou stating what I knew, sent them a template for tier 2 public notice, asked they investigate the issue and perform remediation. called Karl Thursday ( 6/12/14) left a message to get a reply regarding e-mail. ACTION NEEDED: Post tier 2 public notice, investigate issue, remediate, take 5 TR in July. | ||
