| Details: | SUMMARY: Postive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Kathy and informed her of the 2 positive routine samples out of the 5 temporary routines that were taken this month. Kathy does not know what is causing the positive samples but suspects sampling error. They are planning to take a sample from the source today. She will shock well again if source is positive. I reminded her to post a new public notice and send in to the state. ACTION NEEDED: I also asked her to do 5 routines next month | ||
