| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform alert DETAILS: Three repeat samples came back ok but one sample from outside tap came back positive. Randy stated that he thought tap may be dirty. ACTION NEEDED: After further inspecting of the water lines it was discovered that a sink that is plumbed in to the same water line was broken and out of service. The water line to the sink could not be drained so any water that was trapped in the line would have drained into the sample being drawn. Plans are to isolate this line that has 5 connections and sanitize this line before pulling a special sample. They will repair the plumbing first before sanitizing. | ||
