Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: Contacted Ron about the .0128ppm arsenic received 5/12/14. The firm has been taking quarterly arsenic tests since October 2013 and will continue for one more quarter. The firm is working on either treatment (RO) or connecting to city water. Specific treatment questions from the firms consultant (CDM Smith) were directed to the state for plan review on 5/11/14 and they in turn spoke with James Nusrala. ACTION NEEDED: One more quarterly test needed. Compliance with RAA will be determined after the 3rd quarter 2014 test.
