| Details: | SUMMARY: Late reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Tom to let him know that his SWTR for May 14 had not been received. He stated that he had sent it registered mail on 6/6/14. I gave him DMCEs email address and he submitted the report on 6/17/14. Tom provided the tracking from USPS showing that he had mailed a package and it got sent to Salt Lake City. Tom will submit reports via email in the future. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
