Details: SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene alert DETAILS: System was placed on quarterly sampling after initial and confirmation sample both above detection limit. 1st quarterly sample on 2/14 came back ND. 2nd 0.00105. I changed the sample schedule for tetrachlorethylene to annual. I contacted Bud to let him know. ACTION NEEDED: none
