Details: SUMMARY: Total Xylenes Confirmation Result - 2 ppb DETAILS: Dave promptly followed up with Estacadas xylene detection on May 13th (see contact report), by taking a confirmation sample on June 9th. Result exceeded detection limit.

5.13.14 sample = 1 ppb Total Xylenes
6.9.14 sample = 2 ppb Total Xylenes

(MCL = 10 ppm) ACTION NEEDED: Yearlong quarterly xylene sampling beginning now in 3rd quarter 2014.

Re-evaluate in December.
