| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL vio for July 2014 DETAILS: System collected 3 repeat samples on 6/29/14. Two out of 3 were positive for total coliform. System will be deciding how to handle this. i.e. additional flushing, chlorination, etc. System knows they have a MCL violation for July. ACTION NEEDED: System has 30 days to get a public notice out about MCL violation. Will also need to address issue by flushing and/or chlorination. 5 samples will be due in July. A copy of the public notice is to be sent to DWS. | ||
