| Details: | SUMMARY: annual nitrate result over 1/2 of MCL DETAILS: System had a nitrate result of 6.34 mg/l. System has seen a slow increase of nitrates over time. I set up a trendline chart to map out the results. A letter was sent to the system with the chart and follow up sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 3 more quarters worth of nitrate samples. DWS to review the schedule after the system gets the remaining samples collected. | ||
