| Details: | SUMMARY: Sample tested positive for Coliform. Manager of the hotel was called. Manager also told EHS that Umpqua Research called and told her to take a total of five samples. DETAILS: Coliform has been found in the Motel 6 Rice Hill lobby restroom. Sample was a routine test and sent to Umpqua Research Co. ACTION NEEDED: Manager of the hotel (Antionette Ledesma) will be taking a total of 5 samples. One upstream, one downstream, one at the site of contamination, one at the source, and one random site. | ||
