| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic sample exceeded MCL DETAILS: Matt called me on 6/23/14 warning me that he made a mistake by not taking a blended sample therefore the results exceeded the MCL for several wells. On 6/30/14 I called him to follow-up on the alert received on 6/27/14. He resampled on 6/16/14 and then talked with Carrie Gentry about removing the exceeded results. I referred him to Chuck Michaels about the data change request. ACTION NEEDED: monitor results, take action if needed. | ||
