| Details: | SUMMARY: Request to remove chlorination system DETAILS: On June 4, 2014 John Chaffin from BLM requested during a survey to have the chlorination system removed. The system was formally a spring and was switched to a ground water well in 1991. The chlorination system remained even though it was not required. A well evaluation request was made from Laura Burns to Shawn Stevenson.On June 24,2014 the results of the well evaluation found the well to be a low risk and the request to remove the chlorination system was granted. ACTION NEEDED: Notify John Chaffin, makes changes and notes in the current survey. | ||
