Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Following 6/23 routine positive, system took repeat samples. However, one of the wells was not operating and they could not locate raw sample tap for second well. Therefore, a sample was taken from the reservoir from what they think may have been connected to the water level device and stagnant water. This was the only of the 4 that were present for coliforms. Called Russel with Umpqua and Asa (new operator) and discussed. They have since got well 1 running and located a raw sample tap for well #2 and pulled triggered samples from each on 6/28. Both triggered samples absent. Discussed distributing public notice with Asa despite the odd circumstance.. System will take 2 temp routine samples this week and 3 temp routines next week for the 5 required and these will also act as verification samples that all is absent. ACTION NEEDED: Take verification samples (temp routines) and distribute public notice as discussed and get copy to me.
