| Details: | SUMMARY: alert follow up DETAILS: Two repeats samples positive following 6/30 routine positive coliform. Both wells absent. Butch thinks its reservoir related as this was the culprit in May. He will chlorinate and resample. Discussed PN. Will use the one they used in may and change dates as its the same MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Find and correct problem. Take verification samples until all show absent. Distribute PN within 30 days and get copy to me. | ||
