Details: SUMMARY: Positive TC DETAILS: Repeat sample taken from #123 Kitchen sink positive for TC. Left message to issue a Public Notice and to take five distribution samples the month of August. Phone call was followed up with an emailCarol, The repeat sample was positive for total coliform. The system must publish a public notice which I have attached. Please send me a copy so I can ensure it is filed at the State. You need to identify the problem, have you done any repair on the system? I see the sample was taken at a kitchen sink, if it was a swivel faucet that was not an appropriate site. NEVER use a swivel faucet or a faucet with a screen unless you remove the screen first.
