| Details: | SUMMARY: A complaint was received via DWS website that they didnt have water on 7/7 and 7/8/14. DETAILS: Complaintant stated that 2 homes did not have water on 7/7 and 7/7/14. I called the owner Bruce Padgett and he said that water had been out but was now restored. Bruce stated that the manager had turned down the intake valve because he thought to much water was overflowing. Over the weekend the park was full and they used all of the water. Bruce has turned the valve all th way open and it will be kept that way. He is meeting with staff today and will send me a report. I emailed the complaintant to confirm that the water had been restored but I have not had a response. ACTION NEEDED: None unless there are more complaints. | ||
