| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up on complaint of loss of pressure. DETAILS: I received a complaint on June 18th that the City lost water for some time. I tried on multiple occasions to contact Tim Richardson but the phone went to the City office.I finally got in contact with Tim today, the first item of business was to update contact phone #s so in a event I could contact them directly. Information was sent to Drinking water to update contacts phone#.I did talk to Tim regarding loss of pressure and the fact that if it did occur( he said it was low but it did not run out) that a precautionary "boil water" should have been issued. I explained that I would be the first point of contact if he encountered any problems with the system and needed information. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
