| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up, 5 Temporary Routine coliform samples were TC+ DETAILS: All of the temporary routine samples were total coliform +. When talking to the operator it became known that the samples listed as 204 Timber Lane were actually samples taken from the well. I explained that the routine monthly samples are supposed to be taken in distribution and only triggered samples taken out of the raw water sample tap, the system does not routinely chlorinate the water. ACTION NEEDED: The system was going to issue a public notice for the coliform exceedence and I recommended that they turn on their chlorinator for at least a month. They hand mentioned that they batch chlorinated the reservoir but details were not discussed.They also took more repeat samples today, 1 from the well and 3 from distribution.Results pending from lab 7-9-14. | ||
