| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive on Routine sample, reviewed repeat sampling. DETAILS: Three wells in use that contribute to this water system. Take a source sample from each well in use and 4 repeat samples in the distribution. Discussed sampling technique, and importance of having clean hands. Casey says he will pick up some nitrile gloves. He thinks his hands were not adequately cleaned prior to taking samples. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 3 source samples - one from each source and (4) repeat samples in the distribution. One upstream, one downstream, one anywhere is distribution and one at the site of the positive TC. In August take 5 samples in distribution and mark them temporary routines. | ||
