| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine and repeats alert follow up DETAILS: Routine sample on 7/15 tc positive. Operator Gene worked with Michelle Byrd in my absence and took 4 repeat samples on 7/16. Triggered well sample absent but 3 in distribution tc positive. Michelle spoke with Gene and emailed him PN template and discussed corrective action. I called Gene a.m on 7/21 and Avion plans to take the old steel pressure tank off-line and replumb the inlet and outlet main lines from the reservoir and make several general improvements. They have chlorinated the reservoir and will take chlorine reading to ensure zero before taking follow up samples on Thursday. A temporary reservoir is in place during the improvements. Avion will distribute PN within 30 days along with letter regarding improvements. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute PN within 30 days and get copy to me or DWP. Take verification samples once chlorine residual is zero. Take 5 temp routine samples in August. | ||
