| Details: | SUMMARY: Instrument problems at Pyxis Labs DETAILS: While the annual DBP dual sample set was sampled on schedule in June for Athey Creek M.S., the instrumentation that analyzes HAA5s failed at the laboratory. By the time the Lab re-ran the sample it was outside the sample hold time. ACTION NEEDED: Submit DBP results, including the invalid HAA5 result to DWS. Resample & resubmit a new HAA5 result asap. |
