| Details: | SUMMARY: I called and talked with Kevin on Coli13063 to discuss the E. coli positive Alert. Kevin, currently in charge, stated he had the sample bottles, and will be taking 5 samples from the spring, on Thursday July 24th. He will also be taking a treatment sample, once the chlorine tank is filled. DETAILS: The firm continues to not use the water, and not to cook any food. The system will have to have at least 2 quarters of clean water tests, be begin reducing the penalty points. The firm has been negligent in filling the chlorine tank and taking tests. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 samples from the spring in 24 hours. Begin chlorination, and when furthest point tests at 2mg/L, then take a treatment sample. The next quarter also take a treatment sample, and continue every quarter. Test for chlorination level daily. | ||
