Details: SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up on Lead Exceedence DETAILS: The 4th floor Womens rest room had a reading of .0732ppmI spoke to the operator and she found out after the sample was drawn that of the 2 women that were in the work area-- one was not employed anymore and the other had been transferred to another crew so she did not use that rest room any more. Operator was not sure how long the water had been standing prior to the sample draw. ACTION NEEDED: Ask the State for sample invalidation and select another site that meets the sampling criteria. Replace sample and update the lead and copper sampling plan to reflect new site location.
