| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert for Quarterly Sampling DETAILS: USFS is revising the Bilateral Contract Agreement and have funding to peruse connection to the City of Cottage Grove water system. Quarterly monitoring will continue . Every 90 days a new Public Notice needs to be updated and posted at the facility. ACTION NEEDED: Michelle will send in an updated Public Notice and I will forward it on to the state. A public notice was sent in on 6/30/14 for April- June PN quarter. Facility needs to submit one for July-September. | ||
