Details: SUMMARY: violation follow up DETAILS: System did not report 2nd qtr 2014 routine coliform. called Jamie and he had taken sample in last day in April, but lab rejected it for high chlorine? System does not chlorinate nor had added any to reservoir? Jamie has since taken 3rd qtr routine and result was absent. Sent Jamie PN template and he will post for 7 days at office desk since violation is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time routine sampling.
