| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Non-reporting violation for no 2nd qtr routine. System did take a assessment sample in April, but no routine. called manager Doug and discussed need for routine samples and an additional annual assessment. Filled out public notice template for them and e-mailed. Doug will post at office until 3rd qtr sample results has been received. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3rd qtr routine sample ASAP and post public notice at store desk until sample reported to DWP. | ||
