| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up with operator to assure enough water samlpes are taken this month DETAILS: When the monthly violations are listed by county I looked at the listing from Sherman CO. Three Rivers Inn was on the list so I called and reminded Todd of the conversation we had on 7-1-14. He was supposed to pull 4 repeats for the June 26th detection, only 3 were taken, Also, I reminded him that 5 temporary routines need to be taken by the end of the month, all in distribution and marked as Temporary Routines. ACTION NEEDED: Called Amy Word-- DHS Pendleton to discuss if the operation had to do a public notice for not reporting enough repeats for the June 26th positive. | ||
