| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with Tier 2 Notice DETAILS: I received a call from Eric Bufkin with the City of Astoria regarding the publication of a Tier 2 notice for the July 1, 2014 chlorination treatment interruption. Eric asked if they needed to have the paper publish the notice for 7 days. I said just one day would be sufficient, since the event only affected Burnside, who issued a Tier 1 notice on July 3rd. The boil notice for Burnside was subsequently lifted on July 4th when the results of coliform sampling came back absent of bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: City to have Tier 2 notice published and provide a copy of the printed notice to OHA-DWS. | ||
