| Details: | SUMMARY: Disinfection Interruption Follow-up DETAILS: I spoke to Jim Hatcher who confirmed that the summary provided by Eric Bufkin on 7/3/14 of the disinfection interruption that occurred on July 1, 2014 was complete and could be considered final. He also provided a copy of their emergency transmission main procedures. I told Jim that Burnside was mailing out their post boil notice to customers today. I sent the now final summary of events that Eric Bufkin developed to Ellen Crow and Kurt Krusik at Burnside Water Association to help them answer any questions they may get from customers. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time. City to issue Tier 2 notice by the end of July (within 30 days of the event). | ||
