| Details: | SUMMARY: Tier 1 Follow-up notice DETAILS: I received a copy of the Tier 1 follow-up notice for Burnside from Ellen Crow on July 9th to be mailed out on July 10th. I also sent Ellen a copy of the final summary of the incident that the City of Astoria inially produced on July 2nd and finallized on July 10th so they better understood what happened and could better respond to questions they may receive from their customers. No further action is needed at this time. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is required. | ||
