| Details: | SUMMARY: Setback waiver granted, All significant deficiencies now addressed DETAILS: Duane emailed me photos of the repairs done at the Well 2 vault this summer - the well casing has been raised to 24" above the ground level outside the vault, the roof of the vault was entirely replaced, the pressure tank and plumbing fixtures inside the vault have been replaced, etc. Meanwhile, on 7/28/14, the setback waiver was approved (the distance between Well 1 and a septic drainfield is only ~85, not 100 ft). I scanned and emailed him the waiver approval, and put a copy in regular mail. I also emailed him to say that this waiver addressed the last of the significant deficiencies from the November 1, 2013, survey. I requested that he give us the new water system owners contact information once the property sale goes through, so I can remove Duanes name from the database as the responsible party.
