| Details: | SUMMARY: Notified system that all signficant deficiencies had been addressed DETAILS: After receiving (and reviewing) portions of the water systems new Emergency Response Plan and Operations and Maintenance Manual (the Circuit Rider had assisted them with these items), I sent an Gary an email saying that they had satisfied all the significant deficiencies identified during the October 31, 2013, survey. The email said, "The North Lake School public water system has now addressed all the significant deficiencies identified in the fall 2013 water system survey. And the corrections have been completed within the timeline approved in my April 23, 2014 letter to you." ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
