This sample was negative for E. coli. I left my cell phone number - 541-270-9201Sent this contact report to Austins email: villagegreenarborists@gmail.com ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples to be collected at minimum from1) The original site of the TC positive - Dist A,2) Within 5 connections upstream of the positive sample site,3) Within 5 connections downstream,4) Another location in the distribution system, and5) from the source.And finally, Take 5 Temporary Routine Samples the month following the original Routine Positive.5/19/14 Talked to Joe Anthony. The 4 repeat samples were negative for coliform bacteria. The source was positive for total coliform. He will take 5 routine samples in June 2014. | ||
